A. RETURNS
At Tayler Wines, we sell all of our products with a 14-day
Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure you are completely satisfied
with your purchases.
We will gladly refund your money in full - minus original
shipping costs - as long as the item has not been used and is
returned in its original packaging.
We hope it never comes to this, but if it ever does, please
contact us on +27 11 788 2895 during business hours (Monday to
Friday - 9am to 4pm) and let us know why you were not happy
with your purchase.
If there was something we forgot to mention in our product
description or if the product does not meet your expectations,
we'd like to know!
B. SECURITY
Ordering from Tayler Wines is safe and secure. From the moment
you enter our "shopping cart", you are on a secure server,
using what is called SSL (secure socket layer) technology - the
industry standard - and Interway, among the best software
available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts
all of your personal information, including credit card number,
name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information
travels over the Internet.
C. PRIVACY
We completely respect your privacy at Tayler Wines. We will
never sell, rent or give away your name, email or address to
anyone.
We will use your email address only to communicate with you
about your orders. If you would like to receive news or
information on special promotions, please contact us at

Please note that if you register as a customer, your shipping
details and billing details will be kept in a secure server for
your use the next time you shop with us. However, this
information is exclusively used for the handling of your orders
and for your added convenience. It will never be sold, rented
or given away to a third party.
D. BREAKAGES AND ULLAGES
At TAYLER WINES, we sell only wines of the highest quality
however, any breakages or ullages must be noted on the courier
documents at the time of acceptance of delivery. We will gladly
refund your money in full - minus original shipping costs - as
long as the item has not been used and is returned in its
original packaging.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
1. Select a category from the navigation to display the
products you are looking for.
2. Click on the "Order Now" button associated with the product
you would like to order. The product will be listed in the your
shopping cart along with any previously selected items.
3. From the shopping cart click on "Continue Shopping" if you
would like to view or purchase other products.
4. Once you have added all the products you wish to purchase,
click "Checkout" from your shopping cart to continue the order
process.
5. Follow the steps presented to complete your order.
6. You will be sent an order confirmation email on completion
of your order.
7. Once your order has been despatched you will receive a
shipping confirmation email.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET!
Normal delivery time is 2-3 business days. If you did not
receive a "back order" notification or a "shipment"
notification from us, please contact us as soon as possible.

F. SHIPPING
Order confirmation
When you submit your order to us, you will receive an email
confirming that we have received your order and are processing
it.
Shipping confirmation
You will then receive a second email from us at some point to
notify you as soon as your order has been shipped. This second
email should include tracking information if you have selected
a courier service for delivery. All orders placed Monday
through Friday are shipped the day that we receive them, if in
stock.
Orders submitted on a weekend
Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. Please contact us if you
do not receive a second email from us within 2 business days
confirming shipment of your order.
Delivery to P.O. Box
Our courier service provides "door-to-door" service and does
not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide us with your work
address if you would like your order delivered to your office.
Item not in stock
If the order is no longer in stock, you will be notified within
one business day and be given the opportunity to either
backorder or cancel.
